Counseling Center, Office of Student Affairs, Examination Office: The HfMDK's Student Services support prospective and current students from Germany and abroad on their way to academic and artistic success.

We are the central point of contact for you – we answer your general questions regarding applying or studying at HfMDK and are your guide in the administrative organization of your studies.

Our department is also responsible for the university's digital campus magangement, e.g. the student platform CampusWEB and the online application platform. As a department, we are responsible for and working on digitizing administrative processess.

  • Scholarships for specialized courses/summer courses/master courses abroad (PROMOS) - call for applications in the summer semester

  • Emergency scholarships for international students - application possible at any time
  • "qualified statements" for the extension of the residence permit
