The HfMDK uses ASI­MUT for di­gi­tal room re­ser­va­tions. The soft­ware was de­ve­lo­ped spe­ci­fi­cal­ly to meet the uni­que needs of arts uni­ver­si­ties. 

HfMDK mem­bers can find im­portant news and an­nounce­ments from the Room Plan­ning Of­fice, in­for­ma­ti­on about available rooms, all boo­king ru­les, and links to hel­pful vi­deo tu­to­ri­als in the HfMDK hub.

Stu­dents, fa­cul­ty, and ad­mi­nis­tra­ti­ve staff log in to ASI­MUT using the log­in cre­den­ti­als for their HfMDK ac­count. In­for­ma­ti­on and as­sis­tance are available here:

Note: To con­firm boo­ked rooms in ASI­MUT, your de­vice must be con­nec­ted to the “edu­roam” Wi-Fi net­work—vi­sit the HfMDK hub’s ser­vice area to learn how to set up Wi-Fi on your lap­top, smart­phone, or ta­blet.
