Chan­ge si­des of the road and turn right into "Im Trutz Frank­furt". Con­ti­nue strai­ght ahead un­til you re­ach Ger­vi­nus­stra­ße and turn left. Af­ter a few me­ters you will see the ent­ran­ce on your left.

From Frank­furt main sta­ti­on:

• Sub­way: line U4/U5 in the di­rec­tion of Enk­heim/Pre­un­ges­heim to the stop Wil­ly-Brandt-Platz, then take line U1, U2, U3 or U8 in the di­rec­tion of the north to the stop Grü­ne­burg­weg
• S-Bahn (any line in the di­rec­tion of the city cen­ter) to the Haupt­wa­che stop, then take line U1, U2, U3 or U8 north­bound to the Grü­ne­burg­weg stop

At the Wil­ly-Brandt-Platz stop, chan­ge to the street­car (line 11, 21 or N11) in the di­rec­tion of Zuck­schwer­dt­stra­ße and tra­vel to Mönch­hof­stra­ße. The rooms of the HfMDK are lo­ca­ted on the grounds of the Kom­mu­ni­ka­ti­ons­fa­brik, tog­e­ther with the Frank­furt LAB, among others. From the Mönch­hof­stra­ße stop, walk back a litt­le in the op­po­si­te di­rec­tion to the street­car. At the in­ter­sec­tion, turn into Schmidt­stra­ße and af­ter ap­prox. 200 me­ters you will re­ach the Kom­mu­ni­ka­ti­ons­fa­brik (ent­ran­ces: see above)

On the right-hand side you will re­ach the ATE­LIER­FRANK­FURT buil­ding, whe­re the stu­dio for elec­tro­nic mu­sic and acoustics (sel­ma) is lo­ca­ted on the 3rd floor.
