Complaints
Complaints office for discrimination
In addition to counseling, those affected by discrimination can complain to the complaints office. The complaint opens a procedure that becomes known to the university management and is therefore not subject to confidentiality. The procedure opens up the possibility of imposing sanctions against the discriminating persons.

Complaints office for study conditions
Students can complain to the Complaints Office about study conditions. The complaints office works out solutions to problems in consultation with the departments and the university management. The procedure is not subject to confidentiality.
