Psychosocial counseling
Studying is not always easy and can be associated with some difficulties. The psychosocial counseling service of the Studierendenwerk Frankfurt am Main offers students the opportunity to discuss personal crises and study-related problems and to look for solutions together with a psychologist. Work blockages, relationship difficulties, depressive moods or anxiety - an open discussion can help you to see things more clearly and (re)discover your own strengths. The service is free of charge and strictly confidential.
Open consultation hours without an appointment
You can attend an open consultation without an appointment for initial contact and have the opportunity to describe your situation in a 20 to 25-minute conversation. Together with the counselor, you will develop a perspective for the next steps. If there is a need for further counseling or therapy, the Studierendenwerk will help you contact the appropriate authorities.
