Company integration management (BEM)
The university management would like to maintain and promote the health of employees in order to ensure their participation in working life. Occupational integration management (BEM) is therefore part of occupational health management. BEM includes measures for prevention, health promotion, rehabilitation and integration.
Objectives
The aim of occupational integration management is to work with you to find ways of overcoming incapacity for work, preventing future incapacity for work and maintaining your ability to work. The need for rehabilitation services to ensure the employee's ability to work should be identified preventively and at an early stage and the necessary services initiated in good time.
