Personnel service, human resources and organization
As the HR department, we see ourselves as trusted companions of the approximately 180 permanent employees, 300 freelancers, and 120 support staff in their diverse needs. We cover all phases of the employee lifecycle from recruiting to offboarding.
We work with managers to find new colleagues and support teaching and administrative staff in all matters relating to employment, civil service and collective bargaining law. Personnel development and health management are also included. With this portfolio, we pursue the goal of contributing to a motivated and healthy work culture.
