Human resources
As an HR department, we see ourselves as a trusted companion to the approximately 180 permanent employees, 300 freelancers and 120 support staff in their various concerns. We cover all phases of the employee lifecycle, from recruiting to offboarding.
We work with department heads to find new colleagues and support teaching and administrative staff in all matters relating to employment, civil service and collective bargaining law. Personnel development and health management are also included. With this portfolio, we pursue the goal of contributing to a motivated and healthy working culture.
