Hu­man re­sour­ces

As an HR de­part­ment, we see our­sel­ves as a trus­ted com­pa­n­ion to the ap­pro­xi­m­ate­ly 180 per­ma­nent em­ployees, 300 free­lan­cers and 120 sup­port staff in their va­rious con­cerns. We co­ver all pha­ses of the em­ployee life­cy­cle, from re­crui­ting to off­boar­ding.

We work with de­part­ment heads to find new col­le­a­gues and sup­port tea­ching and ad­mi­nis­tra­ti­ve staff in all mat­ters re­la­ting to em­ploy­ment, ci­vil ser­vice and coll­ec­ti­ve bar­ga­i­ning law. Per­son­nel de­ve­lo­p­ment and he­alth ma­nage­ment are also in­cluded. With this port­fo­lio, we pur­sue the goal of con­tri­bu­ting to a mo­ti­va­ted and he­alt­hy working cul­tu­re.
