Vergeben und Leichtigkeit bei FORGIVE ME (K)NOT?

In die­ser Ar­beit wid­men wir uns dem Ver­ge­ben. Als Pro­zess, der al­lei­ne in­ner­see­lisch funk­tio­nie­ren kann, fra­gen wir uns, wie der Kör­per ein Teil da­von wird. Wir ent­de­cken durch Be­we­gung ein Vo­ka­bu­lar des Kör­pers, das zum Aus­gangs­punkt für sanf­te Maß­nah­men wer­den kann. Ge­mein­sam kön­nen wir uns die Ver­kno­tun­gen in uns und die, die ne­ben uns wei­len an­schau­en und be­geg­nen, um sie nach und nach auf­zu­lö­sen. So hof­fen wir, ei­nen Raum zu schaf­fen, in dem wir uns selbst und an­de­ren mit mehr Leich­tig­keit und Mit­ge­fühl be­geg­nen kön­nen. Die­ser Abend ist eine Ein­la­dung, an ei­ner sanf­ten Er­kun­dung der Ver­bin­dung zwi­schen Kör­per und Geist teil­zu­neh­men.

We fo­cus on for­gi­veness. A pro­cess that can only work in­tern­al­ly, we ask our­sel­ves how the body be­co­mes a part of it. We dis­co­ver through mo­ve­ment a vo­ca­bu­la­ry of the body that could be­co­me the star­ting point for gent­le mea­su­res. Tog­e­ther we look at and en­coun­ter the knots wi­t­hin us and tho­se next to us in or­der to gra­dual­ly dis­sol­ve them. In this way, we hope to crea­te a space in which we can meet our­sel­ves and others with more ease and com­pas­si­on. This evening is an in­vi­ta­ti­on to par­ti­ci­pa­te in a soft ex­plo­ra­ti­on towards the con­nec­tion bet­ween the body and the mind.
