Code of Conduct of the Drama School Meeting 2024

No tolerance for discrimination

We want everyone to feel comfortable, welcome and respected at the drama school meeting.

It is therefore important that you are careful with yourself and the other participants so that together we can create a safe space that is as free of discrimination as possible.

Under no circumstances do we tolerate aggressive behavior, hatred, sexual or verbal harassment, discrimination of any kind, sexism, racism, anti-Semitism, misogyny, body shaming, ageism, ableism, trans*phobia or queerphobia.

To ensure that the drama school meeting is safe for everyone, there is an awareness team. You can recognize the members of the awareness team by their black T-shirts with the inscription "no more drama".

You don't have to solve conflicts or problematic situations on your own. The awareness team is always there for you. If you feel threatened, harassed or discriminated against - or if a situation simply feels unpleasant to you: contact a member of the awareness team

  • in person on site
  • or by calling 0170 688 51 29 (8 a.m. to 11 p.m.).

This also applies if you observe inappropriate behavior or see that another person needs help: Please ask the person concerned, contact the awareness team and do not leave it to others to take action.

Act according to the principle of mutual consent: The drama school meeting is a place of encounter. A meeting will only take place if everyone involved agrees to it.

Take care of each other and treat each other with respect.
