Change address or name
You must notify the Registrar's Office in writing of any change regarding your housing or personal status information. Please also consider changing your address or name with other institutions that are important for your studies such as Studentenwerk (BAföG).
Change of address
For a change of address, write an email with your new address to: Studierendensekretariat@orga.hfmdk-frankfurt.de
Please make sure that you can be reached at the new address and that your name is on the mailbox so that mail to you does not have to be returned by Deutsche Post AG.
To change your name, log in to CampusWEB, go to "My studies / My applications" and select the name change application.
Click on "Fill out" to the right of the application. After you have entered all the required information, click "Save & Submit."
If you are changing your name, you will need to provide the appropriate document (for example, marriage certificate and photo of ID card).
