Arion - visionary, singer and poet of ancient Greece - inspires Johanna Müller, Oliwia Meiser and Daria Tudor in their chamber music project. Having traveled as far and won as many awards as their ancient role model, the instrumentalists, who come from Germany, Poland and Romania, were drawn to the Berlin University of the Arts - a magnet for musicians from all over the world.

They study with Prof. Nora Chastain, Prof. Konstantin Heidrich, Prof. Björn Lehmann, Frank-Immo Zichner and Eckart Runge. They have received national and international awards for their solo and chamber music performances at the Berlin Philharmonie, the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, the Musikverein Vienna and the Mendelssohn-Haus Leipzig, among others, and have performed at festivals such as the Art of the Piano Festival, Ohio, the Mozart Festival Würzburg and the Crescendo Music Festival of the UdK Berlin. They are also fellows of the Paul Hindemith Society in Berlin.

The three musicians also take an active part in public life outside of music: as scholarship holders of various political foundations (Konrad Adenauer Foundation and Friedrich Naumann Foundation), they are in lively exchange with their peers in politics, business and the humanities. In addition, musical education for children is a matter close to the hearts of the members of the Arion Piano Trio. Benefit and participatory concerts as well as various projects, including the "KlangKids Program" of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, the project "Cultural Musical Education of Young People in Lower Silesia" and impulses from the TONALi sponsorship inspired them greatly and made them want to introduce children and young people to music through their own formats.

The three artists are united not only by their obsession with chamber music, their uncompromising approach to finding expression and their sense of humor before, during and after concerts; communicating music to people, building a bridge between stage and audience is equally important to them. In a time when theaters worldwide are closed, exhibitions are cancelled, concerts are postponed indefinitely, and almost all artists are restricted to the maximum in their vocation, the importance of this communicative and interactive competence becomes obvious. Despite distance, the Arion Piano Trio wants to realize possibilities to reach people and move them in their innermost.
