Update semester ticket & student ID card for the 2023 summer semester

Starting March 27, students can have their semester ticket and student ID updated. For this purpose, the old ID card will be handed in at the foyer and processed by the Student Secretariat on the same day.

You can have your ID card updated during the following periods:

During the semester break:
Monday, 27.03. - Friday, 31.03.2023
Monday, 03.04. - Thursday, 06.04.2023

At the beginning of the semester:
Tuesday, 11.04. - Friday, 14.04.2023

On each of these days, the schedule is as follows:

  • 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.: Drop ID card in the urn at the gate
  • Between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., the Student Secretariat will process your ID card
  • 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.: you can pick up your ID card in the foyer of the university

If any documents or information are missing from you for re-registration, you will not be automatically re-registered and we will not be able to update your ID card.

Please contact the colleagues in the Student Secretariat at studierendensekretariat@orga.hfmdk-frankfurt.de to submit the missing documents by e-mail. As soon as all documents are available, we will report you back.
