Update semester ticket & student ID card for the 2023 summer semester

Star­ting March 27, stu­dents can have their se­mes­ter ti­cket and stu­dent ID up­dated. For this pur­po­se, the old ID card will be han­ded in at the foy­er and pro­ces­sed by the Stu­dent Se­cre­ta­ri­at on the same day.

You can have your ID card up­dated du­ring the fol­lo­wing pe­ri­ods:

Du­ring the se­mes­ter break:
Mon­day, 27.03. - Fri­day, 31.03.2023
Mon­day, 03.04. - Thurs­day, 06.04.2023

At the be­gin­ning of the se­mes­ter:
Tu­es­day, 11.04. - Fri­day, 14.04.2023

On each of the­se days, the sche­du­le is as fol­lows:

  • 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.: Drop ID card in the urn at the gate
  • Bet­ween 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., the Stu­dent Se­cre­ta­ri­at will pro­cess your ID card
  • 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.: you can pick up your ID card in the foy­er of the uni­ver­si­ty

If any do­cu­ments or in­for­ma­ti­on are mis­sing from you for re-re­gis­tra­ti­on, you will not be au­to­ma­ti­cal­ly re-re­gis­te­red and we will not be able to up­date your ID card.
