Fi­nan­ce and Con­trol­ling

The Fi­nan­ce and Con­trol­ling De­part­ment is one of the cen­tral ser­vice units of the HfMDK – we ma­na­ge the bud­get of the uni­ver­si­ty.

Our re­spon­si­bi­li­ties in­clu­de fi­nan­ci­al ac­coun­ting, ad­mi­nis­tra­ti­on of third-par­ty funds and con­trol­ling, in­clu­ding re­por­ting. In ad­di­ti­on, we sup­port short- and me­di­um-term fi­nan­ci­al plan­ning and also ma­na­ge purcha­sing.
