Com­pa­ny in­te­gra­ti­on ma­nage­ment (BEM)

The uni­ver­si­ty ma­nage­ment would like to main­tain and pro­mo­te the health of em­ployees in or­der to en­su­re their par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on in working life. Oc­cupa­tio­nal in­te­gra­ti­on ma­nage­ment (BEM) is the­re­fo­re part of oc­cupa­tio­nal health ma­nage­ment. BEM in­clu­des mea­su­res for pre­ven­ti­on, health pro­mo­ti­on, re­ha­bi­li­ta­ti­on and in­te­gra­ti­on.

Ob­jec­tives

The aim of oc­cupa­tio­nal in­te­gra­ti­on ma­nage­ment is to work with you to find ways of over­co­m­ing in­ca­pa­ci­ty for work, pre­ven­ting fu­ture in­ca­pa­ci­ty for work and main­tai­ning your abi­li­ty to work. The need for re­ha­bi­li­ta­ti­on ser­vices to en­su­re the em­ployee's abi­li­ty to work should be iden­ti­fied pre­ven­tively and at an ear­ly sta­ge and the ne­cessa­ry ser­vices in­itia­ted in good time.

  • BEM is not pos­si­ble wi­t­hout your con­sent
  • You de­ci­de on the pro­cess and are ac­tively in­vol­ved
  • We work tog­e­ther to find so­lu­ti­ons to pro­mo­te and main­tain your health and abi­li­ty to work
