Building and facility management
Everyone knows the housekeeping service. We take over the preparation of lessons in the rooms of the university, lend out media technology and ensure that the building services function safely.
We also take care of transportation, manage access authorizations to the HfMDK and the mailboxes, among other things, and are responsible for issuing office supplies and copy cards.
The Building and Facility Management department is also responsible for energy management and contractor services, such as cleaning and gate services. And if there's anything that needs to be repaired, we take care of that, too - in fact, the entire building infrastructure.

Opening hours for office materials (service point)
As the service point is now located in the library, in room B 028, the office hours have been adjusted to the library's opening hours as follows:
- Wed 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Thu 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
