Buil­ding and fa­ci­li­ty ma­nage­ment

Ever­yo­ne knows the house­kee­ping ser­vice. We take over the pre­pa­ra­ti­on of les­sons in the rooms of the uni­ver­si­ty, lend out me­dia tech­no­lo­gy and en­su­re that the buil­ding ser­vices func­tion safe­ly.

We also take care of trans­por­ta­ti­on, ma­na­ge ac­cess aut­ho­ri­za­ti­ons to the HfMDK and the mail­bo­xes, among other things, and are re­spon­si­ble for is­suing of­fice sup­plies and copy cards.

The Buil­ding and Fa­ci­li­ty Ma­nage­ment de­part­ment is also re­spon­si­ble for en­er­gy ma­nage­ment and con­trac­tor ser­vices, such as clea­ning and gate ser­vices. And if the­re's anything that needs to be re­pai­red, we take care of that, too - in fact, the en­t­i­re buil­ding in­fra­st­ruc­tu­re.

As the ser­vice point is now lo­ca­ted in the li­bra­ry, in room B 028, the of­fice hours have been ad­jus­ted to the li­bra­ry's ope­ning hours as fol­lows:

  • Wed 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Thu 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
