Building and facility management
The Construction and Facility Management department is responsible for the entire structural infrastructure of the university. It ensures the flawless technical operation and condition of the university buildings, their technical facilities and their open spaces and circulation areas. The area of responsibility also includes the supervision of external companies, such as cleaning and gate services, the supervision of property and rental matters and the procurement of equipment for the university, such as furniture. The department is also responsible for transportation, preparing lessons in the university rooms and lending media technology. It also manages access authorizations to the HfMDK and mailboxes and issues office supplies.
