From April 7, 2026: New library opening hours

Due to the tight bud­get si­tua­ti­on and the aus­teri­ty mea­su­res in Hes­se, new ope­ning hours will ap­p­ly from sum­mer se­mes­ter 2026. In agree­ment with the AStA and the Stu­Pa, we have set the fol­lo­wing li­bra­ry ope­ning hours

  • Mon­day to Thurs­day: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m
  • Fri­day: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m

Here you will find the current opening hours, information about the media stock and a link to the online catalog (OPAC) of the university library. For books or sheet music that you miss in the library stock, you can make an acquisition proposal via our online form.
