Okay, agree

Laura is a South American movement artist, performer, improviser, inter-arts Collaborator working site-specific and an Educator currently based in Frankfurt.
She began engaging with body work at age 13 in her home country of Chile, before working professionally in São Paulo then studying in London Contemporary Dance School (2016-2019). During her studies in London she trained and worked with different artists such as; Kate Price, Jeannie Steel, Leila McMillan, Chisato Ohno, Raymond'Chai, Rick Nodine, Jovair Longo, Hannes Langolf, Seke Chimutengwende.
Right after finishing her studies (2019-2021) she worked with Divadlo Studio Tanca (2019-2021) in Slovakia, allowing her to engage in dance through varied senses: culturally, geographically, hierarchically, linguistically, socially, and stylistically. She has developed her dance career and worked with distinctive choreographers/educators such as Martin Kilvady, Milan Tomasik, Stanislav Dobák (Ultima vez) Lívia Méndez Marín Balážová (ultima vez), Peter Mika, Stanislava Vlčeková, to name a few.

Laura is now a freelance dance artist, educator and choreographer in Germany. Her dedication to teaching, dancing and performing comes from her silliness, spontaneity, absurdity, simplicity, latin fire and finding togetherness in dance. Simultaneously since 2023 she began a master program in dance education at HfMDK (MA CoDE)
