Since its foundation in the winter of 2020, the Hannari trio has been winning over audiences with its honest style, in which music comes first. This has also been noticed by several competition juries: At its official joint concert debut in Frankfurt am Main, Trio Hannari won the Lenzewski Foundation Prize in February 2021 and 1st prize at the Mendelssohn Bartholdy University Competition in Berlin in September of the same year. This was followed a short time later by the Gerhard Blaurock Memorial Prize and a 1st prize in the competition for the Chamber Music Prize of the Polytechnic Society.

Highlights of the trio's first season also include debuts at the Elbphilharmonie, Konzerthaus Berlin and Alte Oper Frankfurt, intensive collaboration with sound engineers on CD recordings and video productions, and inspiring and intense interaction with audiences in numerous concerts throughout Germany.

Currently the Trio Hannari is studying at the HfMDK Frankfurt in the class of Prof. Angelika Merkle in the Konzertexamen course and is aspirant ensemble of the European Chamber Music Academy since 2022.

The musicians have been supported by several foundations, including the Deutschlandstipendium, PE Förderungen, the Stiftung Polytechnische Gesellschaft Frankfurt and the Finnish Cultural Foundation.
