Expanding personal and shared boundaries, a deeper understanding of music and its context, and the development of a homogeneous body of sound - this is what unites the Synergia Piano Trio in their collaboration. Maria Shykyrinska, German-Ukrainian pianist, Camilo Chaparro, cellist from Colombia, and Andria Chang, American of Taiwanese origin, formed the trio in the spring of 2019.

Along the way, all three completed their master's degrees with various teachers and individually developed their artistic personalities. Since fall 2020, the three musicians have been studying together as an ensemble at the Hanns Eisler Academy of Music in Berlin in the class of Professor Wolfgang Redik.

The trio received further impulses from teachers such as Stephan Forck, Eberhard Feltz, Midori Seiler, Pieter Wispelwey, Ariadne Daskalakis, etc. In their short but very active existence as an ensemble, the three musicians can already look back on some great experiences, such as the Chamber Music Week in Montepulciano, Italy; the renowned International Summer Academy for Chamber Music in Frenswegen and several concerts of the festival there, as well as a radio recording and broadcast by WDR 1.
