The LU­DUS TO­NA­LIS SIN­FO­NIE­OR­CHES­TER FRANK­FURT is the or­ches­tra for stu­dent tea­chers of mu­sic at the HfMDK Frank­furt. Un­der the di­rec­tion of Prof. Mi­cha­el Bött­cher, a sym­pho­nic con­cert pro­gram is de­ve­lo­ped du­ring an in­ten­si­ve rehe­ar­sal pha­se each se­mes­ter and per­for­med in several con­certs. The Col­le­gi­um pro­jec­ts take place in coope­ra­ti­on with stu­dents from Dr. Hoch­'s Con­ser­vato­ry and par­ti­ci­pants in the mu­sic men­to­ring pro­gram of the Lan­des­mu­sik­aka­de­mie Hes­sen.

LU­DUS TO­NA­LIS also forms the rehe­ar­sal or­ches­tra for the stu­dents of the se­venth se­mes­ter L3 (mu­sic tea­ching de­gree for grammar schools), who rehe­ar­se their ex­ami­na­ti­on pie­ces the­re every week and take their or­ches­tral con­duc­ting exam tog­e­ther with the or­ches­tra.
