Eve­li­en Ekers was born in 2005 in the Ne­ther­lands and be­gan dan­cing when she was six ye­ars old. She star­ted her first pro­fes­sio­nal dance trai­ning at the pre-edu­ca­ti­on pro­gram of Ar­tEZ in Arn­hem and, di­rec­t­ly af­ter fi­nis­hing in 2023, joi­ned In­trodans as an un­der­stu­dy for one of their pro­duc­tions. At the age of se­ven­te­en, she mo­ved to Frank­furt am Main to con­ti­nue her pro­fes­sio­nal trai­ning at the Frank­furt Uni­ver­si­ty of Mu­sic and Per­forming Arts (HfMDK). She is trai­ned in both clas­si­cal bal­let and con­tem­pora­ry dance tech­ni­ques and has worked with cho­reo­graph­ers such as Io­an­nis Man­da­fou­nis, Re­gi­na van Ber­kel, and Hei­di Viertha­ler. She has also stu­di­ed re­perto­ry by Wil­liam For­sy­the, Ohad Naha­rin, Mau­ro Bi­gon­zet­ti, and Ro­bert Batt­le, among others.
