Recording dates in the summer semester 2025
From Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 12 p.m., students can use the web form to enter their preferred dates for video and audio recordings in the summer semester 2025. At this time, the production dates will be activated in the form.
The following rules apply:
- Requests will be processed in the order in which they are received and dates will be booked accordingly.
- Every student/ensemble has the opportunity to book a date. In the event that your preferred date is already booked, please give us alternative dates, if possible.
- For further information on preparing for a recording, please refer to the FAQs.
- To ensure that students arriving at the beginning of the semester have the same opportunities, requests arriving before the above-mentioned date will not be considered.
- Please plan your productions for the long term and submit a request for an appointment as early as possible: at the beginning of the semester or within the semester at least 30 days before the desired recording date.
